It is used in flour mills during the final stage of grinding to whip of what is stuck to the bran. The product is carried around a perforated screen section made of stainless steel with a rotor. The separation is done by a rapidly rotating rotor with angled shaped blades. The product is thrown on the perforated screen and the flour passes through the sieve stoma and is directed into a shelter connected to the flour chamber. Given that the dandruf particles are larger than the sieve stomata, the dandruf particles remain in the sieve drum and are drained by dragging. The machine is equipped with an ALAPROS patented center adjusting mechanism that adjusts the speed of the product to achieve optimum speed and best efficiency.
